Bridgeview Tavern is a Sleepy Hollow pub on the corner of Beekman Avenue and Hudson Street, a short drive from the village’s main sights. The kitchen mixes traditional comfort food and pub fare with house-smoked, slow-cooked BBQ, with an emphasis on fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
The burgers are the standout. Alongside prime beef, the menu offers specialty burgers made with free-range bison, North American elk, and wild boar chorizo, plus a build-your-own option. Other favorites include smoked and fried chicken wings, pulled pork, a shrimp po’ boy, Belgian ale mussels, mac and cheese, and fish and chips. There are vegetarian options too, such as veggie chili, a veggie burrito, curried vegetables, and a garden veggie burger, along with a kids’ menu and gluten-free buns.
The bar pours a rotating selection of American craft beer on draft and in cans (updated daily on BeerMenus), plus bottled beer, wine, and cocktails. In warm weather, the beer garden opens for outdoor dining.
