North River Oyster Bar brings a fresh, coastal take on dining to Sleepy Hollow’s Beekman Avenue. Seafood is the focus, from oysters on the half shell and towers of shrimp and shellfish to whole fish chosen from a daily display on ice, then grilled or fried the way you like it. The menu also covers dishes like Chilean sea bass, fish and chips, crispy cauliflower shrimp, lamb chops, and a filet mignon for steak lovers.
The restaurant spans three floors, topped by a rooftop where you can have lunch, dinner, or sunset drinks. There are oyster specials on Wednesdays and a weekday happy hour with beer, wine, and cocktails, Tuesday to Friday from 4 to 7 PM. Two dining floors and the rooftop are also available for private parties, rehearsal dinners, and holiday events. Reservations are taken online.
