The Hollows Bar & Lounge, located on the mezzanine level of DeCicco & Sons’ new Sleepy Hollow store, offers a unique blend of scenic views, local lore, and elevated dining. Overlooking the Hudson River and the Mario M. Cuomo Bridge, the space features both indoor and outdoor seating for around 150 guests. Inspired by the legend of the Headless Horseman, the décor includes themed beer taps, artistic cutouts, and memorabilia from the Sleepy Hollow film, paired with industrial design elements that nod to the site’s history as a former GM plant.
