Don’t miss the area’s biggest Halloween event! The wildly popular Great Jack O’Lantern Blaze© returns for 32 evenings, including Halloween night! It features over 7,000 hand-carved, illuminated pumpkins set against the mysterious backdrop of Van Cortlandt Manor’s 18th-century buildings and riverside landscape. Stroll through the Pumpkin Planetarium and marvel at the giant Sea Serpent. Witness the incredible sight of gourd-filled Jack-in-the-Boxes springing up and bouncing around. Squeal with excitement as the Circus Train rolls into town featuring a cast of colorful clowns and awesome animals. See slithering ground snakes, a giant spider web, and go gaga over a collection of shrunken Little Monsters, and don’t miss Sleepy Hollow Country’s most iconic inhabitant, the Headless Horseman. Admission is ONLY by advance timed ticket, entrance times vary by evening. Most nights sell out, so get your tickets early!

2016 dates: Sept. 30, October 1-2, 7-10, 13-16, 19-31. November 3-6, 10-13. Times vary by evening. Tickets go on sale to the public September 1. Members of Historic Hudson Valley may purchase beginning Aug. 18.

Cost: Adults $20, children 3-17 $16 (Saturdays $25 and $20). Free for members and children under 3.
