Irving’s ‘Legend’

Master storyteller Jonathan Kruk presents a dramatic performance of Washington Irving’s classic ghostly tale, The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, featuring the Headless Horseman, Ichabod Crane, Brom Bones, and Katrina Van Tassel.

Flavored with live spooky organ music by Jim Keyes, Kruk’s storytelling captivates all audiences. This Historic Hudson Valley event takes place at Sleepy Hollow’s Old Dutch Church.

This is, in fact, the church and churchyard from The Legend, from which the Headless Horseman rises in search of his head. It’s just a few steps from the bridge where Ichabod Crane met his fate!
