The Bill Charlap Trio – with bassist Peter Washington and drummer Kenny Washington – is a jazz super-group with three brilliant, accomplished talents. Jazz Forum, Westchester County’s only dedicated jazz club, is tucked away on a side street in downtown Tarrytown. Drawing musicians from around the world, the club strives to make music affordable and accessible. Headline jazz artists perform on Friday and Saturday nights with two sets per night at 7 and 9:30 pm. Two Sunday afternoon sets at 4 pm and 6 pm often feature Brazilian and Latin jazz. The Jazz Forum offers a full menu including entrées, dinner plates, cured meats and cheese, tapenades and house-made desserts.
