Kick off the Holiday season on December 2nd with the third annual Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown Winter Stroll! Extended shopping hours, outdoor dining, story telling, holly jolly trolley, holiday treats, carolers, ugly sweater contest, live entertainment and other special events!
