Eleven bands on two stages, a costume parade, and the Headless Horseman galloping past the stage between sets — the third annual festival that opens Sleepy Hollow’s Halloween season.

Main Stage brings the 90s: Everclear, the Smithereens featuring Marshall Crenshaw, Fastball, SoulShine: An Allman Brothers Experience, and Anthony Giaccio & the Assortments. The Regional Stage showcases tristate talent — Rachel Ana Dobken, Imposters, The Altogether, School of Rock Briarcliff Manor — plus a 90s DJ set. No overlapping sets, so you won’t miss anyone.

Also on site: a dozen-plus food trucks, 30+ makers, beer and cider gardens, a VIP lounge, and a Kids’ Zone with soft play, an instrument petting zoo, lawn games, and inflatables. Kids 12 and under free with a ticketed adult (two per grownup). Re-entry allowed all day.

There is no onsite parking. Free shuttles run from Phelps Hospital, or take Metro-North to Philipse Manor or Tarrytown. Or leave the car behind and visit by train.
