Where the Legend Lives
Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown joined together for this year’s Independence Day fireworks display. Fireworks will be launched from a barge in the Hudson River on the border between the two Villages (offshore from Horan’s Landing). Great viewing locations are available at Pierson Park in Tarrytown, and in Sleepy Hollow at Horan’s Landing, lower Beekman Avenue or the Sleepy Hollow RiverWalk at Edge-on-Hudson.
Festivities will begin at 5:00pm in Pierson Park and will include food trucks, live music and a kids’ fun zone. Fireworks launch shortly after 9:00pm.
Please note: The bottom of Beekman Avenue will be closed at Clinton Street by 6:00 pm. The H bridge (vehicle railroad crossing) in Tarrytown will be closed by 5:30 pm. Vehicles will not be able to get through once roads are closed.
