Sherma Andrews, a gifted singer songwriter, recording artist, arranger and pianist, is a force beyond your imagination. At the Bergen Performing Arts Center, Sherma opened for recording artists Michael McDonald and Michael Feinstein. Both shows ended in a standing ovation. While touring with Enrique Iglesias, Sherma stood in for Whitney Houston and sang their duet hit, “Could I Have This Kiss Forever”.

At age 4 1/2, Sherma was able to play the accordion. She was church organist at age 7, and as a teenager, won the Caribbean Song Festival, a title that was sought after in the Caribbean. Sherma studied arranging and voice at the prestigious Berklee College of Music. At Berklee, Sherma received awards for arranging and a performance scholarship for best vocal performance at the college. She later joined Berklee’s faculty as an ensemble and performance studies instructor.

Sherma performed at the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland and at the Cape Cod Jazz Festival, among others. She also toured with Britney Spears, worked with Donna Summer, Branford Marsalis, Omar Hakim, Rickey Minor, Richard Bona and many others.

She has appeared on many award shows such as The American Music Awards, The Billboard Radio Music Awards, and The Teen Choice Awards. Sherma also appeared on The Today Show, Kelly and Michael, David Letterman, and many others. Her songs from her debut album entitled ” Guilty” are featured on TV shows such as The Bold and the Beautiful, The Young and the Restless, and The Sopranos.

Sherma produced four fantastic shows, featuring songs from a selected group of legendary lady singers. The Legendary Lady Singer shows create a truly magical and memorable experience worth seeing over and over again.
