Visit Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown
Where the Legend Lives
Saxophonist and Clarinetist Paquito D’Rivera is an international treasure: A star since childhood, a featured soloist at 17 with Cuba’s National Symphony, founding member of the legendary Afro-Cuban jazz fusion group Irakere and Dizzy Gillespie’s United Nations Orchestra, featured on over 80 albums, 14 Grammys, an NEA Jazz Master, a Kennedy Center Legend… the list is endless.
With pianist Alex Brown, trumpet/valve trombonist Diego Urcola, bassist Hamish Smith, and drummer Eric Doob, Paquito always makes history in Tarrytown.
There’s something for everyone in Sleepy Hollow Country—farmers markets, live music, street fairs, historic homes, hiking trails, kayaking and boating on the Hudson River. Halloween season brings even more for the whole family—haunted hayrides, blazing pumpkins, costumed 10K run, Halloween parade, and of course, the Headless Horseman!
