Storyteller David Neilsen will perform a retelling of Washington Irving’s “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow”. This fun, family event, features Halloween treats and activities for guests. Join Hudson Valley Writers Center for a memorable experience to celebrate Halloween season in Sleepy Hollow!
Weather permitting, this event will take place outdoors at HVWC, but will move indoors if necessary.
David Neilsen is a classically-trained actor and professional storyteller who has performed at a wide range of venues, ranging from the New York Botanical Gardens, Sleepy Hollow Cemetery, and Washington Irving’s Sunnyside to area schools and birthday parties. His captivating storytelling and mesmerizing one-man shows have enthralled audiences of all ages throughout the Tri-State area. He is also the author of two Middle Grade horror/comic/fantasies Dr. Fell and the Playground of Doom and Beyond the Doors, both published by Crown Books for Young Readers.
