Halloween at Collinwood: Daytime Meet & Greet

Dark Shadows returns to Lyndhurst for its 60th anniversary — and Collinwood opens its doors for an all-day Halloween celebration. Meet actress and author Kathryn Leigh Scott, beloved as Maggie Evans and Josette DuPres in the original series and House of Dark Shadows, along with other Dark Shadows guests appearing throughout the day.

Roam the mansion at your own pace, explore the 67-acre estate, and settle in at the Welcome Center’s Carriage Room, where House of Dark Shadows screens all day. Come in your best Dark Shadows cosplay for the costume contest, and enjoy food and live music across the grounds from the Altogether Band, Captain Lawrence, Jimmy’s Ice Cream, and Geordanes. Shuttle buses run throughout the property.

The meet & greet is open all day (10am–4pm in the Welcome Center Pavilion); your ticket’s time slot governs mansion entry only. Last mansion entry is 4pm — plan accordingly.

• Arrive 15 minutes before your ticket time; check in at the Welcome Center
• No guided tours during this event; no elevator to the second floor
• No large bags, backpacks, or strollers in the mansion
• A Grounds Pass is not needed with an event ticket
• Tickets are non-refundable; events do sell out
