DESCRIPTION:Built between 1906 and 1913\, Kykuit was home to four generations of the Rockefeller family. In 2022 the site will be open for guided tours Saturday-Sunday from May 21-October 2; and Wednesday-Monday between October 5-November 13. There are three distinct Kykuit tours available: \n\nClassic Tour: Great for first-time visitors. Your visit will include the main floor of the house\, art galleries\, Inner Garden\, golf room\, and Coach Barn. The tour is 2 1/4 hours\, including the shuttle bus ride. $38-$40.\nGrand Tour:  Includes everything in the Classic Tour\, plus extra time in the gardens and art galleries\, as well as a visit to the second floor of the home. The tour is 3 hours\, including the shuttle bus ride. $60.\nSelected Highlights Tour: This tour includes the main floor of the house\, Inner Garden\, and West Terrace. Tour the manor house\, where period artifacts and touchable reproductions bring to life the stories of the Philipse family and the enslaved community. Visit the activity center and explore the daily life and labor of the Manor’s diverse inhabitants. Hear the Manor’s history from the perspective of those who lived and toiled there. \nFor 2022\, Philipsburg Manor will be open May 6 – November 13; Fridays-Sundays\, as well as holiday Mondays (May 30\, July 4\, September 5\, October 10). Guided tours are available between 10:30 AM-3:30 PM. Tickets are for timed entry.
