SUMMARY:Historical Society Preservation Award & Wine Tasting Fundraiser
DESCRIPTION:This year’s Historical Society Preservation Award & Wine Tasting honors Margo & Don Stever and The Hudson Valley Writers Center for their efforts to preserve the former Hudson River Railroad Station in Philipse Manor. The Stevers are long-time supporters of local history and the literary heritage of the community. \nEnjoy a selection of wine and spirits from Best Wine Purveyors and a wide selection of hors d’oeuvres from local chefs under a tent in the yard of the Odell House. \nDuring the evening\, the Society will also be hosting a silent auction with gift baskets and/or gift certificates. Inside the Odell House you may view an exhibit highlighting a fascinating selection of historic documents.
